River Rock Casino
Western Canada’s largest casino resort – Opened in 2004, and located along the Fraser River, the resort boasts 400 hotel rooms, a 1,000-person theatre, marina, spa and 10 dining venues, including Gordon Ramsay Steak. Along with driving regional tourism in the Richmond area, revenues generated from the resort are building capacity in each of the partnering Nations.
Stewardship and ownership — Musqueam has cared for these lands for generations and has held title to the ground under River Rock since 2008. On June 16, 2026, Petroglyph Development Group, owned by Snuneymuxw, and Musqueam Capital Corp. purchased the resort itself.
